Wristband Collection & Ticket Collection!
All Wristbands/full party passes MUST be verified by our team at the Malia Box Office before they are used. Here you will have your tickets checked and exchanged for a wristband.
The Box Office is located on Malia’s Main strip, opposite Cloud 9 Cocktail bar and Candy Nightclub. The address is: Dimokratias 113, Malia 700 07 and you can see the location on our map above!
Please note that individual tickets to events (one off tickets e-tickets for a single event) can be used directly at the venue!

Where is Take Off happening?
The holiday getaway takes place at various venues and locations during the day and the evening in Malia, a town on the Greek island of Crete.
What time are the events?
Each party runs on different operational times. Check the program when released for full info on times.
Which special guest artists will be performing?
Lineup updates will be released on our home page and social media channels first.

TICKET INFO
How do I collect my tickets or wristband?
You should receive a confirmation email from the ticket seller you purchased your tickets from. Please save your ticket to your phone or print it out. Bring your ticket along with your photo ID to the Box Office in the middle of the Malia strip and collect your wristband for Take Off. Here you will also be able to book excursion packages and ask our reps any questions you may have.
My tickets have not arrived, where are they?
We do not post tickets. If you have purchased tickets and have not received confirmation please contact the ticket outlet directly for information. If no response Email us on info@takeoff-festival.com we and try to assist.
Do I Need Photo ID?
Yes, you need photo ID to collect your wristband.
What time does the box office open and close?
Our box office opens daily at 11am and closes at 11pm. On the 1st day of Take Off we will be operating out of hours so that those with late flights can still collect their wristbands.
Are Boat Parties Included In Tickets?
Boat Party tickets are available as an add on. However they are included in some ticket options, just check the info of your ticket before purchasing to be sure.
I can’t go anymore, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately tickets and deposit payments are non refundable.

The local currency in Greece is Euros. Cash exchange combios are available everywhere you turn.

ATM machines are plentiful all around resort and are never more than a short walk away
Drinks Prices
Malia is one of the cheapest and safest destinations in Europe. Drinks prices as low €2.00 for a beer/shot and €2.50 for a single spirit and mixer.
What else is there to do in Malia
Day tours are available to the picturesque Chrissi Island, spend a day at the waterpark, go on a safari tour around the island or even try some water sports with Jet Ski’s, Flyboard, Flyfish & Banana Boat. Head to the Box Office to discuss all excursions.
