Take Off 16+ Safeguarding/Important Info:
Photo ID is strictly required by all attendees – This must be passports, driving licenses or provisional licenses, citizen cards, 16+ oyster cards (photo) or online digital identities (YOTI)
Fully licensed security will be present at all events and only venues with the appropriate licensing to work with attendees aged under 18 are used
There will be no alcohol served at events and anyone attending intoxicated or in the possession of alcohol will be refused entry
Anyone found in the possession of drugs will be denied entry, police informed and parents will be contacted
Paramedics/First-aiders work throughout all of our events
*Take Off staff are all DBS checked*
Stewards will be around at closing to ensure that attendees begin to make their way home safely
Free drinking water is available from all bars at all events
Audio-visual displays including CO2 cannons, strobe lighting, laser effects and smoke machines are used at our events – please be warned in case this may affect you

What music is played at Take Off 16+?
Take Off is a multi-genre event with 10+ DJs on the night spinning the best in HOUSE, HIP-HOP, DNB & POP across 4 arenas.
Where is Take Off 16+ held?
Our London based events are held at Ministry of Sound Club (nearest tube: Elephant & Castle). The launch of the Take Off 16+ tour means that we will be hosting events in a number of cities across the UK – details of which will be disclosed on our Events page.
What time do the events start and end?
Our events generally start at 16:00 and end at 21:00. Last entry is 19:00. Please refer to our ticketing site for exact start and end times for each event. We recommend arriving early to avoid long queues.
What are the age restrictions for Take Off 16+?
You must be aged between 16 and 18 on the day of the event to enter. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted entry.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. Every attendee will need to show valid photo ID which can be one of the following:
- Passport
- Driving licence or Provisional Licence
- Citizen Card
- 16+ Oyster card (photo versions only)
- Online Digital Identity YOTI (via the YOTI app)
We recommend making sure you have one of the above forms of ID before purchasing your event tickets and for additional verification, in case any photos no longer look like you, we suggest bringing a bank card in your name.
Is there a dress code?
No football shirts/team shirts
Will there be a cloakroom on site?
There is a cloakroom you can use (chargeable) for bags and coats
Can you bring your own drinks?
No. Soft drinks will be available to purchase inside the venue and you will be able to get free drinking water from every bar.
Will alcohol be served for those aged 18?
No. There will be no alcohol served on the premises and those that turn up intoxicated or similar will be denied entry.
Will bags be checked on arrival?
Yes. All bags will be checked by security staff and attendees will be asked to walk through airport style security scanners before entering the venue.
What do I do if I don’t feel very well or need help during the event?
Fully licensed paramedics and fully certified security teams will be working throughout the event. If you are in need of assistance please make contact with the nearest staff member to you.

Ticket Information
Can I buy tickets on the door?
No. Tickets will only be available in advance from our official ticketing partners. Our events can sell out fast so we recommend purchasing your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
What do you get included with a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include:
- Queue jump/fast track access
- Access to VIP area inside the venue
- Access to VIP facilities including bar and toilets
My parents/my friends bought my ticket so it doesn't have my name on it - does this matter?
No it doesn’t matter that the ticket might be in a different name but please remember to bring your own valid form of ID.
I think I deleted the email with my ticket on it - how do I access my ticket?
If purchasing from our official ticketing site, please try logging in to your account to access your ticket that way before contacting us. You can do this by heading to www.fatsoma.com/orders
I can no longer attend the event - can I get a refund?
No. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
